“Funzione pubblica e efficienza tecnica” (Public Function and Technical Effectiveness) is the title of the National Congress of Business Consultants and Financial Advisors, to be held at Palazzo dei Congressi from the 4^th to the 5^th November 2011. For two days, Florence will host more than 1,200 financial advisors and business consultants coming from all over Italy.

Two days to focus on the present and on the future of the accountant business activities, but also, and more importantly, to explore its relationship with public administration through a strict analysis, case studies and discussions on municipal federalism, fiscal federalism, and on the relationship between subsidiary companies and the market. “We are glad that this important convention is being held in Florence, since it is also in line with our policy of congress tourism promotion” said Dario Nardella, Deputy Mayor of Florence. “This National convention – says Chairman Santi – aims at focusing on the importance of business consultants and financial advisors with and within Public Administration. With the advent of fiscal federalism and the related regulations, the need for public bodies to cooperate more closely became even more necessary. The same happened between the associations of business consultants and financial advisors and public administration. To this extent, Florence made the difference, by signing various agreement protocols, either at territorial and institutional level, allowing to study, develop and apply various economical and technical topics, subsequently assigned to territorial bodies in terms of education and study committees.
