PITTI BIMBO is the most important exhibition for the childrenswear universe, the only International show monitoring the latest trends of children’s fashion lifestyle, with a perfect mix of fashion, arts and design. The 74^th Edition of PITTI BIMBO will be held at the Fortezza da Basso from the 19^th to the 21^st January 2012. 510 collections are expected to exhibit at this event - 200 of which coming from abroad - on an exhibiting surface of 47,000 sq metres.

 The exhibition will be divided into eight sections -  Pitti Bimbo, Sport Generation, New View, Kid’s Design, Superstreet, EcoEthic, Apartment, Pop Up Storse. Over 10,000 visitors are expected to attend the event. Among new entries of this edition, main brands such as Dondup, Jucca, Zadig et Voltaire, Thun, Bark, Fingers in the Nose, Maison Gabrielle, Fendi-Inglesina, Aston Martin, Nanan, Doralice, along with the special participation of Swarovski Elements. Many events will characterize this event, such as the proclamation of winners of the second edition of the competition “Who Is On Next? Bimbo”, promoted by Pitti Immagine in co-operation with Altaroma and  Vogue Bambini. Many new collections will be exclusively presented at the Fortezza for the press, such as those by Ermanno Scervino Junior, Fendi e Inglesina, Paul Smith Junior, Noukie’s and  Archimede, Ronnie Kay or Thun. Other special events will also be featured, such as the one by Simonetta at the Teatrino Lorenese, or I Pinco Pallino at the Sala Ottagonale of the Monumental Area.
