The 4th International Cardio Event – Cardiology Towards the Future. Innovation in Cardiology, is about to start. Over 800 participants are expected to attend this event. The main goal of this event is to focus on some crucial aspects concerning  treatment of cardiac patients, based on the contributions from  previous editions, as well as on an accurate “horizon scanning” of anything which can be considered innovative and useful in cardiology.

Among the topics discussed will be acute ischemic events, diabetes mellitus, obesity, heart failure in neuropathic patients, atrial fibrillation and mitral regurgitation. Innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches will also be discussed, along with some new cardiac biomarkers and the most modern  diagnosis techniques for images, in addition to remote control techniques based on innovative computer systems, allowing remote monitoring of cardiac patients, thus reducing diagnosis times and treatment periods. New therapeutic targets will also be examined with the help of the most important international representatives of the cardiology sector, who will effectively interact with the audience.
